3. Prohibited Activities

Illegal & Harmful

  • Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or scams
  • Promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal goods/services

Abuse & Data

  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Collecting or processing personal data without consent
  • Uploading sensitive personal data unlawfully

AI & Platform Misuse

  • Generating deceptive or fraudulent AI content
  • Using AI to impersonate individuals or organizations
  • Attempting to bypass security controls or extract AI logic
  • Automated scraping or denial-of-service activity

Communication Abuse

  • Sending spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Abusing email, WhatsApp, or SMS channels
  • Circumventing opt-in/unsubscribe requirements

4. AI Responsibility

Axlaas provides AI tools to assist decision-making and automation. You acknowledge that AI outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free and require human oversight.

You remain responsible for outcomes resulting from AI usage.

Enforcement

We may monitor usage, investigate violations, and suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice to protect our infrastructure and users.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for educating their users about this AUP and ensuring all internal operations remain lawful and ethical.

Report Violations

Help us keep Axlaas safe. If you become aware of misuse, please report it immediately.
