Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• PlatformAll Axlaas software, services, APIs, websites, and applications.
• CustomerThe legal entity subscribing to or using Axlaas.
• UserAny individual authorized to access the Platform under a Customer account.
• SubscriptionA paid or free plan governing access to features.
• ContentAll data, text, files, images, messages, and information uploaded or generated through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Ensure all Users comply with these Terms

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Platform Use & License

Axlaas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for your internal business operations, subject to your Subscription plan.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Access to features depends on your active Subscription plan. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees on time, automatic renewals unless canceled, and feature limits defined by your plan.

6. Data Ownership & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all Content you upload. You grant Axlaas a limited license to host, process, and analyze Content solely to operate the Platform and improve system performance in aggregated, anonymized form.

6b. Data Portability & Export Rights

You have the right to export your Content at any time through the Platform's Data Portability tools (Settings → Data Portability). Exports are provided in standard machine-readable formats (JSON, CSV) and include all tenant-owned data across all active modules.

Upon requesting offboarding, a 30-day grace period is provided during which your data remains accessible for final retrieval. After this grace period, data may be archived and eventually purged in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

All Platform software, source code, algorithms, AI models, proprietary APIs, system configurations, and infrastructure are the exclusive intellectual property of Axlaas and are not transferable, exportable, or licensable to any Customer or third party under any circumstances. Data exports contain only tenant-owned Content and do not include any Platform intellectual property.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement enterprise-grade security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Acceptable Use

Violation of laws, intellectual property rights, distribution of malware, or engaging in harassment may result in suspension or termination.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, fees remain unpaid, or use poses security risks.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, branding, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Axlaas.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axlaas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Axlaas harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or Content you upload.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
